Fix some small performance bottlenecks:

- Vector interpolation. Also removed unused interpolation trigger events.
- Game::collideCircleWithGrid()
- GridRender::onRender() (removed Andrew's hack, use fixed map file!)
- make use of glVertex3i() & memchr() in GridRender
