fgenesis e2832cbd9f fix particle scaling issues when both [Scale] and RandomScale were present. Also apply RandomRotationRange when [Rotation] is present 
New behavior introduced in 7b442174c8

Include patched particles/blastertrail.txt that relied on the old behavior.
The unpatched file produces a very large and bright pulse that i'm afraid
might trigger epilepsy for some.
