fgenesis e2832cbd9f fix particle scaling issues when both [Scale] and RandomScale were present. Also apply RandomRotationRange when [Rotation] is present ... New behavior introduced in 7b442174c8 Include patched particles/blastertrail.txt that relied on the old behavior.
