EnVali OK and documented, object_vali and object_bl completely analysed and documented (#845)

* OK

* Some naming

* Name more, correct typo in Biri, extract skel

* just Draws need names, fix typos in bili and warp1

* Decompile object_vali and add symbols

* Few more names

* Bari naming done

* object_bl completed, symbols added
