Actor Cleanups (#177)

* rename init chains, colchkinfo, colider inits, damage tables

* actor cleanups

* fix collider init script names

* small fixes

* ichain arg name

* change dynapoly types and names

* revert enru1 data name

* and the type

* pr suggestions
