* Cleanup/add bgcheck macros

* vIA -> vI

* parentheses around bit&

* achivement get: formatter contrarian

* COLPOLY_VTX_FLAGS -> COLPOLY_VTX_FLAGS_MASKED

* & before << in WATERBOX_PROPERTIES packing macro

* & before << in SURFACETYPE* packing macro and fix parentheses
