Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/miami' into lcs

* origin/miami:
  Fix FindClose->closedir
  Only include sys/syscall.h when __linux__ is defined
  Add unnamed semaphore define toggle for CdStreamPosix
  Fix rare stream deadlock on Windows
