Non-standard extension.

XQilla requires additional bindings of namespaces. This method will bind the given prefix to the associated namespace.

Parameters:

	prefix	of type XMLCh - The prefix to bind.
	URI	of type XMLCh - The associated namespace.

Implements xercesc::DOMXPathNSResolver.
