Name variables for Audio_PlaySoundGeneral (#1198)
* Rename variables and function * Improve comment * PR Suggestion * PR Suggestions * Revert back to `Audio_PlaySoundGeneral`, make a separate PR `Sound` -> `Sfx` * Oops, fixed that
