Decomp the remaining functions in vr_box and import its data (#917)
* stuff

* not quite there

* data imported

* fixed some things and adjusted sSetupDLs

* remove setup dls

* remove alloc casts

* format

* palette swap

* Update src/code/z_vr_box_draw.c
