Minimap icon overhaul:
...
- Allow specifying custom minimap icons for nodes and entities
- Allow overriding minimap textures
- This removes various hacks in MiniMapRender and related
- Allow access to the MiniMapRender object via Lua
(don't delete it or the game will crash)
Little extra: Added destructors for some entity classes
